The hotel was conveniently located near the city center which made it easy for me to explore the city. the rooms were always spotlessly clean and the staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. the breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options. I also enjoyed relaxing in the pool after a long day of sightseeing.

The internet connection was not very reliable and somewhat challenging to connect to at times.

The only negative part was the lack of options for breakfast. We were hoping for a more extensive menu, but the limited options were not satisfying.

Got the basics right We stayed over Christmas and were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary mulled wine and Christmas treats. Although the hotel is a bit far from the city center, the location is peaceful and it was easy to get a taxi. the room was spacious and had a comfortable bed. the pool was a nice addition and the staff was very friendly.

Cold, noisy and in need of update Unfortunately, the room was very cold and the heating system was noisy and inefficient. the bathroom was also very chilly and lacked proper heating.

This hotel had clean and practical rooms with welcoming and helpful staff. We enjoyed the modern furnishings and updated bathroom. Plus, the wide open view from the balcony was breathtaking. The elevator/lift was a welcome relief after staying in so many places without one.
